"Mr Lloyd worked for me for six months on the refurbishment of a large Victorian house in Harrogate. The property required a complete overhaul and he was involved from the very beginning in all aspects of the work.

The majority of the work was carpentry and included everything from the basics to carefully removing architraves, sills and frames from the doors and windows for re-use to installing new joists, traditional sash windows and skirting. Although his talents are undoubtedly as a carpenter he was flexible enough to turn his hand to anything that was required to keep the job moving forward.

He proved himself proficient at dry lining and repaired some of the work undertaken by the plasterers to a high standard.I have been refurbishing properties since 2000 and would say that he is one of the best carpenters I have seen. The quality of his work is excellent. I was also impressed by his attitude to work, he took pride in what he did and wanted the project to be a success."
